Computing
At our school, our Computing curriculum enables all pupils to Love, Learn and Flourish as confident, creative and responsible users of technology. From the earliest years, children are introduced to simple ideas about using technology safely and respectfully, laying the foundations for responsible digital behaviour. As pupils move through the school, they develop technical skills in digital media creation, computing systems and network and programming, while regularly revisiting and deepening their understanding of online safety. Lessons are carefully sequenced to build knowledge year on year, enabling children to apply their learning in meaningful, creative ways. Our curriculum encourages pupils to use technology thoughtfully and collaboratively, preparing them to thrive in an ever-changing digital world.
