NATIONAL LEADER OF EDUCATION - PROVIDING SUPPORT TO SCHOOLS AND ACADEMIES

Mrs Martina Martin, Headteacher of St. John’s is a National Leader in Education (NLE). National Leaders in Education (NLEs) are outstanding Headteachers who, together with the staff in their schools, designated National Support Schools (NSS), use their skills and experience to support schools in challenging circumstances. In addition to leading their own schools, NLEs work to increase the leadership capacity of other schools to help raise standards.

Mrs Martin has a proven track record of supporting under-performing schools and the capacity to support schools in the most challenging of circumstances. Along with the rest of the team at St. John’s  we are able to offer a range of services including observation mornings where teachers can come to St. John’s to watch practice, visits to your school to support the teachers with their own classes, planning sessions and assessment/moderation support.

If you would like information about the support Mrs Martin or the team at St. John’s are able to provide your school or academy, please contact Miss Redman in the school office at office@st-johns.croydon.sch.uk
